- Arrive to class or session on time
- Turn off all cell phones, pagers and watches that beep hourly
- Please do not wear perfumes, scented oils or lotions
- Please be mindful to other clients in class or working out in the studio
- Please wear socks
- Please wear shoes when working on cardio equipment
- All payments must be received before services rendered
