Michelle enjoyed how Pilates helped to keep her body strong and healthy for her performing career that she decided to become a fully certified instructor for STOTT PILATES®. Once she became certified and started working with different clients Michelle found that she was able to help other people connect with their bodies and work through injuries which have now become a passion of hers. In the past year Michelle has added to her certifications with becoming a Certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist, Certified Post-Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, a Certified CARDIOLATES® Instructor and completed the Functional Anatomy for Movement and Injuries Workshop at Mt.
